Refund & Return Policy – Limitless MFG
We appreciate your trust in Limitless MFG. Due to the custom nature of our services, our refund and return policies differ from standard e-commerce transactions. Please read carefully.
1. Deposits & Samples
All production begins with a deposit, which covers the cost of sample development and secures materials.
Deposits are non-refundable once sampling has begun.
Samples are developmental and may require multiple rounds. Dissatisfaction with a first or second sample does not qualify for a refund.
If Limitless makes a vital error (e.g., wrong material, sizing, or decoration outside the approved tech pack), we will cover the cost of correcting the sample.
If the client omits details from the tech pack or requests changes after production has started, additional sample fees may apply (starting at $200).
If both parties mutually agree not to proceed with production due to reasons outside client or Limitless control (e.g., material availability, vendor limitations), the client may be eligible for a partial or full refund, determined case by case.
2. Bulk Production Orders
Once a bulk order deposit is made, materials are secured and production is scheduled. Deposits for bulk orders are non-refundable.
Industry spoilage allowances apply: up to 3% for standard orders and up to 5% for rush orders. Refunds or reprints are not offered within these tolerances.
Minor variations in print placement (up to 0.25") are considered acceptable.
Limitless is not liable for shipping delays, loss, or damage once orders leave our facility. Claims must be filed directly with the carrier.
3. Refund Eligibility – Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only if:
Limitless fails to deliver a sample or bulk order at all.
Both parties agree that production cannot proceed for reasons outside client or Limitless control.
Products arrive defective or damaged beyond industry tolerances (claim must be made within 72 hours of delivery).
4. Process for Refund/Return Requests
To request a refund or return, please email sales@limitlessmanufacturinggroup.com with your order details. Requests must be submitted in writing within the timeframes outlined above.
